To help our customers understand our return policy and be able to initiate the process, we have the following policy explained.
General Returns Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on RAStudioStore.com.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- A return request or refund request must be raised within 14 days of the package been delivered to the customer.
Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
- Products marked as “non-returnable” or “non-refundable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned in the manufacturer’s box.
How To Return A Product?
You can initiate a request to return by any of the following methods.
- You can raise a return request by navigating to the “My Account” page and visiting the “My Orders” section. For the order you want to return, under “Actions” click on “View”. You will then be able to view the “Refund” button. Click on the “Refund” button.
- You can also raise a request for the return of your product by writing to our customer support team. Write to email@example.com
- If you have already made the payments for the product online, a request for refund automatically qualifies for a product return.
